Keywords: leo leopard stripe
This is my reverse stripe female. 2 days ago I noticed blister like swellings in the pits of all four limbs (Most predominant in her front limbs). I've never seen something like this. They do not seem to debilitate her at all, but the more active she is, the more they flare up. The local herp vet has no advice. Does anyone have any input about this?
they're fat pokects, dont worry all leos get this sooner or later, it'll go away, they get it when they have exess fat and have nowhere to put it

Sure sign of gecko abuse! You should package both those leo's and send them to me right away!
Just kidding, I agree and have seen the same fat packets on my geckos. Sure does look like an air pocket doesn't it. I loove the purple stripe down it's back very unique. Also I love the jungle geckos. Keep taking pictures, I'd love to see both in a couple months.

Yep, fat pockets. But is that silver stripe down the back real?? It looks like someone photoshopped it in. I don't want to falsely accuse you of anything, but that's just how it appears to me. If it is really how it looks, do you have any more pics?? It is very interesting looking....

Her stripe is as real as they come. I own 15 designer leo's, she is my favorite. I will post more pics of her. She changes daily,.. 5 grams ago her body was yellow, head and tail white (almost zero pigment), and she had only 1 stripe the thick gray one. I can't wait for her to mature more. Thanks for the compliments! (I owe my compliments to Nicole Elliser @ K&N reptiles - she is the best!)

That's awesome! I doubt you'll be disappointed. I spent hours on the phone with Nicole discussing herps before I made my purchases - her and her husband are very dedicated to what they do. And I couldn't be more pleased with the stock I purchased from them (NO regrets). So, Congrats! You should post pics of them when you get a chance! :)
