Wolf or Hobo spider?

We have these spiders all around our yard and occassionally in the house. This is a small one. I have seen them an easy 2" from leg to leg. I always thought they were Wolf Spiders but Now I'm worried they may be the Hobo.

Hmm.. couldnt be a hobo.. too much space between the markings... tegenaria gigantea?

The spider could be a hobo, or it could be a giant house spider. From what I've been reading, the way to tell are the markings under the body, and either the pedipalp or epigynum are the ways to tell the difference. Either way when they're in my house I'll steer clear of them. Here's a good reference:
