Well does he seem to be in any kind of pain???

If you're talking about the pink area near his beak, then I've seen that on my sister's budgies, it's just the feather moved over a bit & their skin underneath is visible. But is it bleeding/look infected/is there something on his actual beak?

Where did you buy him? If not from a breeder, it may be a good idea to get him checked up at the vets'....Check ups usually aren't too expensive, here I get my duck, Pistashio, checked up for $15.

no, i'm from the USA, sorry, so i don't know how much checkups would be out there, but im sure not too expensive. Its important to get birds checked up since its natural for them to hide their illnesses. In the wild, this instinct might save their lives. But as pets, this means that health problems usually aren't obvious.

By the way what's your cockatoos name? :) Would you mind if I drew her/him?
