Yes, that is a big myth!!! I have two and niether of them has even tried (Except at night) to bite me. Chondros rule!!!

I've heard that too. It seems to be to much of a myth though. I have been bitten twice by one of these snakes, but I've also handled a lot that seemed very calm, compared to their reputation.

awesome animal , these guys are super calm , me and my friend both have one , and they have never bitten us. O , not to flame or be mean or anything, but why would you want to hybridize those two beautiful species togethr? i think they are pretty the way they are , but thas just my opinion. I mean , would u want a kid that came out from a human and another primate
