Ya, I got chewed by a western and my hand puffed up a little and thats it. Good to know I wont have a serious reaction.

I cant imagine goin to the hospital and then when they ask what bit ya and you say Heteradon Nasicus and then they just laugh at you. LOL!!!

I hate silly mistakes that cause the animal to lose it's home. I love my hognoses. the locals still kill them, though. Jean and I both love the snakes, and save them when we can. no matter how much it takes.

buddy u are wrong. hognose actually have venom glands and are rear-fanged. and garters.... well ive never even heard of gartors having venom glands....
