Keywords: Red-Sided Garter Snake?

This little guy comes to visit everyday. I finally determined what he is...I believe it is a Red Sided Garter. Can anyone tell me what they think? Today he was seen eating a frog. Seems stuffed!?

Yes! He is a Red-Sided Garter Snake. (Thamnophis Sirtalis Perietalis). He's a beautiful snake if I may say so! Must be nice to have him around everyday. I consdider Garters natures natural pesticides lol. He's a lovely size, let's hope he stays around!

it's nice to have a snake living around the house and living well. We have some eastern Indigos living around my place. nice garter though looks healthy. hope he stays around
