White's Tree Frogs don't require a lot of hiding space the tank looks fine maybe a water bowl of some sorts.

Background on 3 sides helps the frog feel more safe.

Use some real plants, like pothos and spider plant or peperomia. Always looks nicer with real plants. And yeah, background definatley. Maybe a nice focal object in center. Like grape vine wood, something tall. Get rid of toy frog, looks "unnatural"

If that is potting soil as the subtrate you should get rid of it, potting soil can be toxic to frogs if its ingested while feeding. Try bed-a beast it works great
