This vivarium is 12 ft long and was built with the help of a grant I received. It houses chuckwallas and collared lizards. I want to add some spiny lizards and maybe some desert iguanas later. It is heated by the overhead heat lamps during the day and at night things cool down to room temperature. BTW this thing helped me become a National Board Certified Teacher.
Wow thats big. I just bought a book from Vosjoli on desert terrariums. Not sure what I want to house in it yet.
What do you keep and how do you heat it at night/or is room temp enough?
