I've seen pictures of this type of snake all over, but I've never been able to find a name for it. Coal is a beauty. How big is he?

Yes, Hes an argentine boa, they are nice looking snakes. I got him because of his dark color, although they tend to be a little lighter.
He is 7.5 feet long and weighs fifteen pounds. Ive had him for 9 months, and in this time he has grown quite a bit.
He is well tempered, unless hes in the shedding period. These snakes tend to be on the hissy side.
