is there a site were i could get on of those?Is that an apple snail?

I got mine from PetSmart, but there are a lot of mail order catalogs for aquarium hobbyists that feature the apple snails for sale (yep, he is indeed an apple snail!).

could i keep those in a completely aquatic tank?I want to because my turtle will eat a sucker fish.Will a turtle eat an apple snail?I know turtles eat snails but i dont know how big apple snails are.Sorry for all the quetions.

Well, apple snails can get up to 2" in diameter---that's about how big all of mine are. I am thinking that even though this is too huge for a turtle to eat, he may snap at it and injure the snail. Definitely a completely aquatic environment for the apple snail, too. Check out this link, they might know more about that question than I do, it would be cool anyway to have an aquarium with just apple snails---that's what I have, 5 apple snails and a plecostomus in a 20-gallon tank.
