Coil of Confusion

I recently purchased this lil guy from a local pet store. They labeled it a Tri-Colored Milk Snake. I thought that was wrong since as you can CLEARLY see it only has two colors... After commenting to the clerk they changed the name on the permit to a pueblan milk snake. I have been all over the net trying to find a pic similar to the lil guy.. Any thoughts??

looks like a cal king to me, and one who just had a fairly large meal at that.

You arent very good with snakes are you??? What part of that even resembles a cali king???? NoNE!OMG! Yah well it definatly looks like some sort of milk....

Looks to me like some sort of Jungle Corn..............possibly a king/corn/milk mix. A hybrid. Search my username Uncloudy and take a look at my Jungle Corn and you'll see the similiarities I'm seeing.

to start with, the wide bla[bleep] bands on an off-white ba[bleep]ground, and the flat, narrow head. If you knew anything about snakes, punkherper, you'd know that within a species, especially one as diverse as the california kingsnake, there can be a great deal of variation. show me a milk snake that looks anything like this. I had not considered the possibility that this is some sort of hybrid which is quite possible, but the cal king influence is unmistakable. so, punkherper, do a little research before you are so qui[bleep] to judge.
