It doesn't have to be a special kind of ATB. C. Hortulanus comes in a large amount of color-variations in each locality, so this might just be one of out of the many, but it could also be a captive bred color-morph of somekind.
But I can't help notice, that the "colors" looks like scales that has fallen off, maybe from flee-bites(?) Correct me if I'm wrong..
If this IS a color-variation or a CB morph, it would surely make some outstanding babies.

Nice looking animal. It appears to be a Pied amazon. Sales are still there, they are white.
