i took culinary classes because i thought thats what i wanted to do but never finished got in the aircraft dilly
i use to love to cook for the lady's. but now just for my family im the the one who cooks at home

sweet i learned under master chef giovanni del rosario great chef he took me too the las vegas culinary competition he was one the judges there i took home the bronze i made strawberry daquiry cheese cake,and took the bronze for a central american dish it was alot of fun great experience and alot of very talented people
