I saw my a avicularia make this kind of web before? Hasn't eaten in about 5 weeks. Been laying on her side? Is she molting???

probably, give her a couple good sprayings, and it would probably be better to set her up in another enclosure, or at least change the substrate in that one in order to keep in humidity, and just give her some time, and see what happens.
