My oscar has some sort of disease that i can't figure out or seem to cure. i've tried Furan-2 which seems to work the best, but these blisters keep coming back. i have more pictures. Any idea what this is and how to get rid of it for good?

Your oscar has a cist with fluid buildup,you need to sterilize a needle or a safety pen and poke a hole in the cist to drain the fluid.Then treat your tank with melafix and stress coat.
