Looks like your standard North American Green Frog, or Bull Frog. I never realy took the time to observe the differences between the two in tadpole stage, but I do know that the Bullfrog tadpole is larger than the Green Frog.
As I cannot tell how big your tadpole is from your photo, I would have to lean toward saying it is a Green Frog. My reasoning behind this is (and you can check me on this one) the fact that your tadpole has two raised latteral lines running down it's back, above each eyeball would indicate that it is a Green as opposed to a Bull Frog, because the latteral lines of a Bull Frog extend from the eyeball and curve around behind the ear at about a 90 degree angle.
I'm sure some changes have taken place since your post. If you could post a new pic after he has morphed it would be alot easier to identify.

He's grown up now, still don't know. Seems to be a leopard frog, but he's so small.

Not a pickeral... pickerals have markings on their heads as well, Comet does not.
