Common wolf spider. Non-venomous, completely harmless.

I dont' understand, you say harmless, yet many other web sites say poisonous but not aggresive...

I consider 'venomous' to be a spider that has enough a toxic enough venom to be harmful to humans. The wolf spider has trace amounts of a weak venom, but not near potent enough to be harmful to humans. I hear wolf spiders can pack a pretty harmful bite, however, I have caught with my hands hundreds of wolf spiders and have never been bit. Again.....just a spider, don't be a wuss.

again..I am not a wuss...its normal to be afraid of things, and after being hospitalized from "just a spider" its hard to deal with them being in my house all the time!
