She's half QH and half mustang. I first met her when she was 1 week old and I had gone to look at another yearling that I was considering purchasing. When we arrived at the farm, she came tearing across the pasture and up to the fence to see me, leaving her momma in the dust.
She was sold on the spot, and I picked her up when she was 6 months old...she's been with us ever since. Her son, Tomahawk, has the same awesome disposition.
