Mastitis? What made you come to that conclusion?
She was nursing teething babies (they were 6+ weeks old in that picture) which is why her teats are red.
Having raised countless rescued litters, I see nothing abnormal at the time of the picture or now.
She also saw our vet just 4 days ago for an examination and vaccinations.
