I had one that did the same thing. We had to force feed it mouse tails for months and now he eats fine on his own. Did yours make it?

He had no trouble eating as I recall. We adopted him out to a family who said he was doing really well last we talked with them a year ago - he would've been about a year old at that time. Wish I knew what caused that. We didn't breed those snakes again after this. Thanks for the reply.
