No, that's two tanks (ten gals) side by side with a planter in between them! The light is over the plant and resting on the two tanks haha it does look weird now that I think about it!

I don't know anybody that keeps reptiles, that has'nt bought from Shawn at Regal. I have bought from him in the past, and when I have extra babies around, i'll sometimes sell to him too.
