I thought I'd sneak a peek in one of the hide boxes, only one of us was cool with it though! You can see the ramp going down into it with the green carpet.
I love that look! I get it from my chams when I go snooping around thier cages! She's saying," Give a girl her privacy would ya!!" Maybe she was writing in her diary and didn't want you to see it! Great pics by the way!!

Yeah, they aren't real fond of that whole disturbing their privacy thing. Crocs are usually really nervous reptiles and when they find a secure area and you are a punk and go peeking in they don't even say thanks! The nerve! If you think that is a smile on her face, it isn't. As far as a diary or anything like that she better be to young for that still. I am a protective over my little ones. Well, have fun and it was nice to hear your funny comment!

Aww, you sound like a very protective daddy. How many kids do you have? I have a bunch of frogs, some dogs, and 4 chameleons. I love all reptiles though, it's amazing how they all come out with there own personalities!
p.s. Every girl has a diary.........

I have a ton of reptiles, I have large outdoor enclosures and yard areas set up for tortoises. I don't have a dog yet but I am going to get a Dogo Argentino or Pit. I travel to much to have anything like a dog. I am starting with the fire dept. soon though and will get one then. As far as numbers I don't have any. There are alot of tortoises.I like them because they are easy to take care of when a nice set-up is provided. I grow tons of food in thier cages/exhibits. Sprinklers and drip system on timers keep them watered and Rare Palm Trees and Other trees provide shaded ares. I also have heated Tortoise houses and undergound burrows for them to get away from the elements of nature. No human Kids of my own either. Have fun!

Very cool! I wish I lived somewhere where I could keep my pets outside, I live in Seattle, so about the only thing I can grow outside is Moss! I would definately recommend a Pit if you want a dog, I've got 2 of them myself! But if you get one, you should try to adopt one from a shelter, there are sooo many out there. Both of my girls are adopted and have been a blessing! Plus you feel good about helping them out as well. Here is a pic of my girl Daisy, she's 5 and we've had her for a year. She's a red nose pit about 85 lbs and she's gotten nothing but love for ya baby!

I have to agree with you on that pit bull problem. So many people get them and neglect them. They are wonderful dogs with nothing but a bad wrap. If you look at statistics on dog bites, pit bulls aren't leading the pack. I love them to and the only other dog I would get would be the Dogo Argentino. I went to the animal shelter 2 days ago, that is funny that you brought it up. Guess what I saw? 2 pits and some mutt. They were very old dogs and I don't want one like that. The town I am in right now has very little to offer. I like that picture of your pup! Very nice! I like the red noses also. So on the reptile side that was funny about the only thing you can grow outside is moss was hilarious! I like Colorado by the way. Colorado Springs I go to some what often. Well, have fun and keep in touch.

Hi there! I'm so glad you looked at the shelter! That is Awesome!
So when you decide it's time to get a dog, let me know and I'll help you look. I know they have Dogo rescue sites as well as a ton of Pit rescue sites. My favorite to search for all kinds of animals is petfinder.org. You can search your area for any kind of animal.
p.s. I was serious about the Moss. If you ever feel the need for a Chia Pet, let me know!
Have a good day!
