Picture of my male and female. I'm curious as to what the calus like formations are from. I thought rubbing inside the hide, but I'm not sure and I know that's usually something that's normal. They do feel hard lioke a calus(sp).
if they are hard like caluses I would be conserned that they are bite marks. There seems to be skin loss and combined with that hard feeling I would keep a watch on them 2 to see if they are biting one another

Uros store calcium in deposits under their skin until they get the D3 needed to process it. This is pretty normal. You may want to replace your UV bulb if it hasn't been changed in the last 4-6 mths, but these build ups are pretty normal in uros.
