This is a cage I am currently building for my Atherton carpet python. Dimensions are (mm) 1003 x 90. I am placing another boarder at the bottom (like the pine one up the top side) so I can place sand in the bottom for substrate. Also if you look closely, you may be able to see another peace of pine hiding behind the front peace. This has been chiselled out on the inside so I can place a wire through there and attach my UV light so it will not be seen from the outside of the cage (and it will light up the cage instead of shining the light to the outside of the tank). I am planing to paint the inside and outside of the cage when I am happy with a colour scheme. Any thoughts? (I will upload more pics in a few days)
