This Western Bearded Dragon (Pogona minor minor) Is a small member of the Pogona family that was found near Kimba, on Eyre Peninsula, South Australia. It was about 14" in length and gravid. They do not colour up like P vitticeps, the head is narrower and it has a less prominent "beard". It was quite a placid specimen and didn't seem to mind being photographed and handled. Please check out the rest of my "Australiana" gallery and make comments if you wish. Regards, Frilly.
