This Inland Bearded Dragon (Pogona vitticeps) has dug a 12" diagonal hole into soft damp soil and is busy depositing her eggs in it. When she's finished, she will backfill the hole and press the soil in firmly with her snout. If you would like to see the rest of my "Australiana" gallery - be my guest!
