thats a beautiful rosy.
i was wandering i noticed u have a rosy boa and a cali king. what would you think is a better and more interesting snake to keep.

Well...Cal kings are typical colubrids- good eaters, handle well, nice disposition, very hardy, etc. They're really beautiful and great snakes.
My rosy is definitely a boid in personality...has small scales and a soft body, very handleable, good eater...I can't generalize too much as this is my first rosy- but I like it very well and it did inspire me to get a couple of sand boas.
My only problem with my rosy is it keeps trying to eat me- pretty ambitious for a 14" snake. When it's hungry it thinks my fingers are pinkies, twice has latched on and tried to swallow me whole- a little cool water run over it gets it to release...but I keep it pretty well fed so it's not so hungry. It's mouth is much smaller than most boids so it;s no big deal, just amusing.
