i just purchased a baby black throat they tell me the temperment of these monitors are great let me know if you could and some tips on yours

He's been great until yesterday, ironically. He bit my rudi while I was cleaning his cage. Other than that, he's never attempted to bite me, but he is a big bluffer. He'll hiss a lot and swat his tail, but thats all. He's more than doubled in size since this pic was taken. . .
