Yes it's definitely a Rainwater. It almost looks identical to my Rainwater male.

Depending whether it's a male or a female, it will probably start to breed at 10-12 months old. If it's a male make sure that he is at least 8 inches in length. Also, make sure that it is very fat and healthy before attempting to breed it.
