wow, i envy you. are the nymphs easy to handle or are they pretty evasive? what are you feeding them?

The nymphs behave a lot like Chinese mantises except they seem more likely to jump when I hold them and when I take the lids off their enclosures they kind of bob their back ends up and down. Also, they really like to be upside down and don't move around much.
I'm feeding them Manduca and Bertha Army Worm larva, Shore Flies,and any fruit fly I can get my hands on (they're in very short supply here!).
