Hey, I'm planning on building a rack just like this for rosy boas, which is what it looks like you've got in some of those tubs! Am I right in thinking those shelves are each 4' by 18"? Do you use belly heat? How did you wire the heat tape? Thanks! Great rack.

Yes you are correct that those shelves are 48" x 18"...and yes there are some rosy boas in them. I used 6 vertical strips of 3" heat tape down the back of the rack. This way each strip runs behind a column of hatchling tubs and then three strips run behind the larger sweater tubs. The heat gradient is absolutely perfect in the tubs(my room is an ambient 77 degrees). If you have any more questions email me at thesnakebreeder@gmail.com
