Ovenbird?

This little guy (maybe gal) ran into a door at work today. A co-worker found him on the sidewalk outside the door. Where he was, someone opening the door would hit him or step on him, so the guy scooted him over into some gravel. He told us about this bird, and several of us came out to look. As I was taking a few pictures, the bird flew about ten feet away. We all went inside, and I came back outside about half an hour later. He was still in the gravel, but he flew away when I opened the door.

I looked online and in Sibley's, and I think he's an ovenbird. I'd never seen one of these, so I wasn't sure. If it helps the identification, I'm in Louisiana.
