ID of a spider in my house

I have been finding these spiders all over my house lately. Some big 1" - 2" and some small. I noticed that it had some markings on its back and I was wondering if they are anything two worry about since I have two little children. I live in nothwest ohio (cincinnati area)

Looks like it might be a Parsons Spider. Have you noticed any silken tube retreats where the wall meets the ceiling, or underneath cupboards, or crevices or anything? Yellow Sac Spiders & Parson Spiders hunt by sight, & they are typically found in their retreats during the day. They have mildly poisonous venom, & can be a bit fiesty if trapped, pinched, or mishandled. Try looking up Parson's Spider on Google once & see if you can match it up with some pics. I'll post a pic of a Parson's Spider I had in my old garage apartment if I can find it.
