Fred in his corner of the sunroom. That's a Night Blooming Cereus (Hylocereus undatus) that he is climbing on. It has beautiful flowers that blossom overnight. Each flower only blooms once and produces edible fruit if pollinated.

That's so cool. The blooms look amazing (in your other pic). Where in the world did you find such a plant?

Thanks. I received this plant as a cutting some 10 years ago from my parents. They got theirs also from a cutting from friend. It usually takes about 5 years for a cutting to mature enough to produce flowers and only under the right conditions. It's a long wait but well worth it in my opinion.
