We have had dragons for years and have had some mating. Never had any success with incubation. Our female is gravid for her first time and we expect her to lay anyday.

ThankYou Misfit... After looking around at some of the pictures we feel like our CWD's are spoiled. Well actually like ALL of our herps are! No reason why you could not house 3-4 in a 95 gal. In a tank that size they will get big. There are alot of sites that have basic dragon care sheets. Check out a few of them before you start ok?

Thankyou Lia!

We have never had any territory issues with our dragons. They have pretty much grown up together and we move them to larger tanks as they get bigger. He is currently working on a new home for our crested geckos, Once that is complete the CWDs are going to get a custom built enclosure with more room.

MKG... thankyou for the compliment!

The tank is a 58 gallon and there are actually 4 Dragons 3M/1F that call it home. The largest male (22" nose to tail) is sensitive to changes and was pouting when the picture was taken. The smallest one (17.5")is sitting on the top.

The waterfall itself is constructed on a styrofoam base which was covered with concrete. The basin is 17" by 19", the height is nearly 18". When filled it contains about 3 gallons of water. The water is filtered through a miniature version of a pond filter that he also designed.

Fiend..hi and thanks for the compliment!

95 gallons- that is a great size for three to four dragons, so long as they are not full grown (which seems to occur around two years of age or so). I will say that the larger enclosure you provide for them, the larger your dragons will grow. Our gang is rapidly outgrowing their enclosure. Ken is getting ready to build them an 'uber-tank'.

We'll post pics when it's done. Best of luck to you and your dragons!

Gizmo-

How long since he ate? How is he acting? Is he drinking? Has he been to the vet to be checked for parasites?

I know it's a holiday weekend, but until you can get him to the vet, call the local pet stores and try to find Hydro Life. That will help keep his electrolytes up. Let us know details and we'll offer any suggestions we have. Good luck with your little guy.

Hey scooter11...

Thankyou for the compliments! The hubby here. It was not just a matter of "carving" it out of the styrofoam but had to build it from pieces. Getting it to hold water and then flow properly were two of the many challanges I have had. The waterfall was hand painted. The process is being refined and expanded. Look for pictures of new habitats soon.
