So You Feed Rats ONly, Nothing Else? Live Or F/T? Cause I Started Feeding My Sav Pinkies And He Turned Mean Out Of Nowhere, Im Trying My HArdest To Get Him Tame But..... You Know Savannahs.... Could You Give A Couple Tips On Taming And Feeding

Chicken gizzards and hearts. only as treats but not as primary diet. primary diet is still medium rats.

i stopped feeding my monitor any live food. frozen ones makes them less furious. introduce it to a lil freedom on a leash when it grows to fit a leash. it helps the monitor get used to the surrounding and the people around. but you might wanna wait till your monitor matures.

ok sounds like a good idea, i just want my savannahs to be dog tamae, i dont care how long and how much work i have to put into taming them but i want a monitor that is puppy dog tame

Hey Moe... nice savannah. I feed Niles frozen medium rats also. He is very tame. Of course being female I used to sweet talk him alot and pet him on the head. Moe.. I started feeding Niles live mice now because the rats seem to constipate him. He has been to the vet twice now and gotten an enema....Wow does he hate those... He has plenty of heat sources to digest food and he has ample water supply to swim. Ever hear of this before???
