Did this little one just not get it's juvenile coloring or would this have been a morph or something? I'm not too sure on the specs of GTP breeding but eight is a loss for any clutch. How many do u average in a clutch/what percentage usually make it? I've been wanting to breed a pair for some time but would like to know from someone who's been successful. Sorry for the loss, but good luck with the ones that made it!

The parents were actually on loan to another breeder. All indications are that it just didn't develop its pigment. It is curious that there is so much yellow in the yolk compared to the yellow neonates. This hatch failure was due to two power failures during 100+ temps.
