I don't know man. That looks like tragedy just waiting to happen. I can see a Chameleon climb up that door screen and doing something dumb like jump at a heat source. I have seen a ton of Chams just at things for no reason.

Maybe a design flaw you can remedy when the time comes to make new or more of that kind of caging.

it really is not a problem,my chameleons are happy in there vivs,if your chameleons are climbing the cage walls like that your animal is clearly unhappy and stressed!!! not happy with the vivs planting, temperature,or other stress factor.there is no design flaw with my lighting LOL! i have had no problems in the past

Touchy, touchy. Seems that statement was more to convince yourself rather than anyone here. Set up looks farily new, wood doesn't seems to have any wear and tear plus it has that freh cut shin to them. Let's see if your tune changes after some time. Hopefully a nice animal doesn't have burn the heck out of itself because your arrogance got in the way of even considering the possibility and trying to prevent it. And you might want to cut the foilage back a bit in the upper left two cages, looks like an animal can get at the light from this angle. But, you're positive it won't happen, so maybe it will make for an expensive experiment....

With all due respect man i have been keeping chameleons in this way for some time now, here in the uk there are a number of breeders that use this exact set up with no problems, the picture does not show the lighting very well(i will post an image later)all my animals are healthy and look the nuts!!! the mangement and care of my animals is correct if you look at my animals!! LOL i am not the only breeder that uses this system, this system has been tested for at least 5 years here in the uk if you look on the chameleons uk website that is the same set up in the housing section.Maybe the health and stress levels of your animals should be looked at closer! chameleons should not be be trying to escape there viv this is showing is discomfort and stress mate.

set ups look spot on mate great for UK based people.
unless the chameleons going to spurt wings or climb clear plastic there is absolutely no way hes gonna burn himself.

perfect setups well done.. im jealous.

I like the setup! I'm in the process of setting up a small breeding business (Jackson's and Carpets), do u have any drawings or dsign plans of that setup. Oh, whats the dimensions of each cage?
