Not all professional trainers beat their animals, a lot of them care amazingly well for their beloved animals. Unfortunately the bad ones always give everyone else a bad name.

Jeeperscreepers, I hope you were just being sarcastic. I know there are handlers out there who mistreat their animals. There are however many who are true animal lovers who want to do what is right for their animals. Assumptions like yours are inappropriate and rude.
