I hope people start being more responsible with thier pet reptiles! States are jumping on the band wagon for banning them. Any large reptiles or venomous will soon be banned.

Yes, it is a Crocodile Monitor. This one has a great temperment in the world of croc monitor temperments. This is a captive born and well taken care of croc. All crocs need to be handled differently than most monitors. They are capable of causing severe injuries and some are no where near being handled. These are by far my favorite monitors. They are extremely intelligent and awesome to care for. Never get one unless you have the room to provide for them and the expierence needed to care for a large and powerful monitor. Look into them very well before ever getting one. There are wild ones out there for sale and even some CB's are hard to even clean the enclosure.

Wow. Im glad to see that you really understand these animals. Any large lizard needs to be well understood, or else you can get hurt by the animal or the animal can get hurt.

I looked through your gallery, you have some nice animals!

Thanks a lot for your comments and compliments on my animals. I have had many types of pets from gaboons and cobras to crocodiles and exotic mammals. I love venomous but I was only allowed to have them while I was in The Carolinas. I wish we were allowed to keep exotic venomous here in my home state of Arizona. It is an awesome place to live but our reptile laws have much to be desired in my mind.
