Snake Temple (Malaysia)

I wanted to share a picture of me inside one of Penang's snake temples. These were awsome temples designed to worship snakes. The whole building had trees and plants inside along with statues covered with Wagler's Pit Vipers. There is a down fall to this though. The snakes were un healthy and in some kind of sedated state (maybe borderline dead). So this picture was taken in a back room were me and my friend had locals dumping handfuls of wagler's on us! They just poured them on our heads and hands. I knew what they were and was like what the **** are you doing? 30 waglers on my head and shoulders probably isn't to good of an idea regardless how potent the venom is. I went with it though...
