I totally agree with you... he is an awesome person, nature lover with a very big heart... me too, just wanted to be like him, but its imposible to be like him, he is one f his kind... and thin he must be the inspiration for you, me and many others...
Steve Irwing will live forever, in the heart of all the people who wantet to be like him, respected and loved him for what he did for reptiles and much more animals...

Yeah, I agree with all of you. The herp world lost a great icon with the death of Steve Irwin. He shed light on the animals that were not all fury and cute. He got people to understand reptiles and not be instantly frightened of them. Lets also not forget the great zoo that he ran in Australia and all the rescues he did there as well. I will hope that he rests in peace.
