Im not an expert or ne thing so be patient with me.
How old is ur lizard?
did u get the dog and the lizard at the same time?
how old r they both?
is he fat or is that normal size?
what is the lizards temperment like?
looks like u have done a great job in raising them both any way, keep up the good work.

Hi rain_tears,
Believe it or not, Chaz, the dog is an 8 month old puppy and Niles, the monitor is a 5 year old male. I have had Niles since he was little. He is used to being around other animals becasue he is so tame he does petting zoos and school fund raisers. So he is exposed to many different animals. He just adopted Chaz. And Chaz just loves Niles. They are best friends along with the neighbor's cat as you can see in our other picture. Oh, and yes Niles is on a diet. The vet says he is not too big for his size though. He's 6 ft 40 lbs.

one more question....does niles not try to eat the oter animals??
