It looks like it has old unshed skin stuck to the end of it's tail. If it does. I would soak it in luke warm water and remove the shedding. Otherwise it might constrict the tail and cause necropsy.

Beautiful snake, I ditto the message about the unshed skin on the tail. I have a butter corn which lost the very tip of it's tail from the same thing.
