I am thinking about getting a reticulated python but i cant feed it rabbits when it is full grown.So I was wondering if i could feed it 1 jumbo rat once a week instead of 1 large rabbit every 2 weeks?

That is very unrealistic dude. A 100# retic needs way more than a 1# jumbo rat every week. If you can't feed rabbits, then try chicken, quail, turkey, pig, guinea pig, etc. They aren't picky on either and a 10# chicken is a good sized meal every week or so.
