Not enough help to stretch her out, but we got her upstairs for Christmas.

Nice pic! That is one of the thickest looking burms I have ever seen at that length, what are you feeding her?

Thank you for your comments. I only feed her rabbits, but have considered pigs recently, since I have an unlimited supply source (local farmer with over 8,000 hogs). I used to buy my rabbits commercially from Kevin at Rodent Pro in Indiana (shipping was a killer), but found a small USDA-Approved rabbitry (for human consumption) locally and he raises rabbits exclusively for me now at 80-cents per pound AND he delivers them!
This burm has been on a pretty lean diet since she converted to rabbits at 7-feet. Even now, she only gets about 30-pounds per month; some times more, depending on her body language. Very tractable animal. I also have a tiger retic in the same size range, probably longer, but without the mass yet.

BTW: If I recognized your screen name correctly, you have some gorgeous, big animals, too. I think I just perused through your photo album on here a week or so ago.

80-cents per pound... Wow, thats an awsome deal. I wish I was that lucky. We usualy order with several of our friends that live neer us and put our order togeather, then when you split up the shipping 4 or so ways it saves you a little money. Thanks for the comment, it is always nice to hear people say good things about your anamals.

That is a very nice looking snake. Did you raise that snake from a baby? If you look under my pics, I have a 10ft albino green that I want to get that size. Well, maybe 14ft then we go from there. I pay $1 per pound for rabbits. Not bad. Please post updated pics

Thank you for your comments. This snake was 8-months old and a hold-back from a clutch. The breeder had planned to keep her in his collection and changed his mind. When I received her, she was 53-inches. My tiger retic was a hatchling and 23-inches when I received her and she is the same size as the burm, just not as beefy yet.

Sounds like you got a steal on rabbits, too. Good luck with your Green. Seems like the Green and Albino morphs are pretty rare when you start talking 16-feet or better.
