They look very similar in a picture. My Border Terrier is darker in color and not quite as shinny. Do Norwich also have a terrier personality?

Yes, they have much temperament, but I think they are little bit calmer than other terriers. They are very friendly towards people, but quite stubborn. Usually adults behave quite nicely if they want (specially when they are alone: if they get company they become more stupid) but puppies are usually quite savage :)

Stubborn and Stupid. Yep just alike. My Border Terrier is not like some terrier breeds that are very, should I say over active. :) So friendly would go with anyone anywhere.
