That's a nice setup. If you ever want to add something that he might like, you might try giving him a pile of Eco Earth for burrowing. You won't see him as much, but he'll like it. I keep mine in a 55 gallon aquarium, but many experts consider a 30 gallon aquarium to be adequate for a Cal King. He's a nice looking snake. Congrats!
