That lizard belongs to the Agamid group and appears to be some type of Japalura,which are also called Dragon Agamas and Calotes(which they are not).They come from Asia and actually occur as far up as 10,000 feet into the Himalayas.We have 2 that thrive at room temperature.They particularly relish cockroaches and are quite acrobatic,hanging from branches by one toe while securing prey.GOD BLESS...
