There are a few of these armound now, and I would like to know if they are Black Widows? (excuse my naievity) Would like to know if they are dangerous

no, that's not. It looks like a house spider. widows are jet black and large, leg span the size of a 50 cent piece. house spiders are harmless (although all spiders are venomous, very few are dangerous to people)
